Are you due for a redetermination for New Hampshire Medicaid? Do you need help completing your paperwork? Have you been told you are no longer eligible for Medicaid and need other health coverage options? Act now to protect your health care coverage! If you have received a yellow letter from the NH Department of Health and Human Services please bring it with you to the event.
If you have been told that you need to renew your Medicaid in March or April, you have the chance to complete your redetermination now.
Staff from WellSense Health Plan, NH DHHS and Greater Seacoast Community Health will be available to help you complete your paperwork and answer any questions so you can avoid a gap in your healthcare coverage.
A Family Assistance representatives will also be on hand to help you apply for or renew Medicaid, SNAP, TANF and Child Care assistance.
