Accessing the Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is for current patients of Families First and Goodwin Community Health to use to contact their health care providers. If you are a current patient and have never used the Patient Portal before  — or if you have not used it since we upgraded the portal in July 2023 — here is how to get started:

1) Click the blue “Create an Account” button below

2) Find the light-blue “Create an Account” button on the right. 

Another option is to follow instructions in a text or email message that you may receive from our office, or we can help you register during your next visit.

What You Can Do Through the Patient Portal

Using the Patient Portal means having your health-care team only a few clicks away. You’ll have 24/7 access to make requests or send questions to your health care team. No more phone tag! You can access the Patient Portal from a computer or smartphone, letting you stay in touch with your provider from anywhere. Patients must be 18+ to access the portal.

The Patient Portal is a secure website intended to communicate confidential medical information to the patient. Anyone who misrepresents themselves as the patient to gain access to this information is subject to punishment by applicable law. Please keep your password secure as this is equivalent to your signature and allows access to your medical record. Greater Seacoast Community Health cannot assume responsibility for stolen or borrowed access to your account. Please let us know if you would like your account disabled for any reason.
