A Better Patient Portal
In July 2023, we upgraded our patient portal! It should be easier to use than our previous portal, and it has a few more functions (listed below). All patients must register for the new portal — even if you had an account on our previous portal. To register, just click the Patient Portal Signup button below and look for “Don’t have an account? Sign up today” on the right. Another option is to follow instructions in a text or email message that you may receive from our office, or we can help you register during your next visit.In

What You Can Do Through the Patient Portal
Using the Patient Portal means having your health-care team only a few clicks away. You’ll have 24/7 access to make requests or send questions to your health care team. No more phone tag! You can access the Patient Portal from a computer or smartphone, letting you stay in touch with your provider from anywhere. Patients must be 18+ to access the portal.
