Greater Seacoast staff should use this form to ask the Marketing department to publicize a program. It is intended for use with NEW programs, or with SIGNIFICANT CHANGES to ongoing programs. For minor, short-term changes such as a program cancellation due to weather, holidays or staffing, please use the Marketing Portal (icon on your desktop).

These items are not appropriate for every program. Consider your audience (will they be likely to see this?) and the duration of the program. (Lobby slides and digital road signs take longer to create and longer to reach a wide audience, so they are better for ongoing programs, not short-term.)
