For Patients of Families First and Goodwin Community Health
If you are a primary-care patient at Families First Health Center or Goodwin Community Health, your provider will advise you on which vaccines you need based on your age and other factors. Please call your practice (phone numbers at bottom of this page) to schedule an appointment.
Covid Vaccines for Pediatric and Uninsured Adult Patients
We offer the updated Covid vaccine (Pfizer) that covers new strains of Covid for:
- all children (ages 6 months to 18 years)
- adults who are uninsured
Current patients of Families First or Goodwin Community Health are encouraged to call our main numbers to schedule an appointment. Nonpatients may get the vaccine at a Walk-In Wednesday vaccination clinics (information below).
We cannot give the Covid vaccine to adults who have health insurance. We suggest that insured adults call their pharmacy or visit this website to find out where to get a vaccine.
Walk-in Wednesday Vaccination Clinics
Walk-In Wednesday Vaccination Clinics are open to:
- children (ages 6 months to 18 years)
- adults who are uninsured
The clinics are intended for people who are not patients of Goodwin Community Health or Families First Health Center. (Current patients: Please call our office to schedule an appointment to be vaccinated.)
When and Where: Wednesdays, 1-3 p.m., at Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth
Payment: The cost is $22 per vaccination, which can be paid by cash or credit card.
What to bring: Please bring a copy of your vaccine records and records from your most-recent physical and come knowing which vaccinations you need.
Vaccines available for adults: COVID-19, Tdap, Hepatitis B, flu (seasonal)
Vaccines available for children: COVID-19, DTaP, polio, HIB, Prevnar 13, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, HPV, MenB, MCV, Tdap, flu (seasonal)
